Which countries do you offer shipping to?
Bellanomi only ships within the US at this time (business days are Monday through Friday).

What is the shipping price? Do you charge for membership on your site?
Free shipping is provided for orders above $75, while a flat rate of $5.99 USD is applied to orders under that threshold.

Can you tell me how I can start receiving bulk orders for multiple products?
Generally, you'll receive separate packages for each item you order.

How many different methods of payment do you accept in your shop?
Payment must be made in US dollars (USD) using a credit card or debit card. The following are payment options that are acceptable to us: Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal

I'm concerned about the security of my financial details; is it secure to shop here?
Making an online purchase with a credit card requires inputting personal information into an SSL-protected website. After an order is placed, it is encrypted using SSL before being forwarded to the credit card company's secure network for final clearance. Bellanomi does not store customer credit card information on its systems.

I just placed an order, but I don't know when to expect it to arrive.
If you place an order with Bellanomi, we'll do our best to ship it out as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are fulfilled within two to four business days (Monday through Friday). Email us at info@bellanomi.com with your full name and order number if your package has not arrived within 8 days of getting your shipping confirmation email.

What if I typed the wrong address or some other information?
Contact us at info@bellanomi.com or +1 423-464-6417 to change your address. No matter if it's an email address, a name, or a physical address, we can change it for you.

Can I get a refund if the product I bought doesn't work? What are the options if something does go wrong?
If you receive a damaged item, discover that some things are missing from your shipment, or if a purchased item does not match your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Keep the tag, box, and packaging that the item came in. You can request a discount, a refund, or a replacement for a broken product. You are responsible for returning the item or items on your own at your own expense if you are unhappy with our services. Money owed to you will be remitted to you in the same fashion as the original transfer.

If this is possible, I'd like to cancel my order.
In order to process your order, please allow us 48 hours after placing your order before contacting us. If you decide to cancel your order within 48 hours, there will be no fees assessed. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be liable for the return shipping expenses and a 10% restocking fee.
